Our experience shows that the villa is ideal for small groups of 2 to 4 guests. NB! You must be at least 25 years of age to check in to Villa Jacuzzi, and a deposit of €450 is required prior to arrival to cover any damages. The deposit should be paid via bank transfer before your arrival and will be refunded to the payer’s account once the landlord has confirmed that no damages have occurred. Otherwise, any damages will be documented.
House maintenance
We provide our clients with a clean and tidy house, and in return, we expect respectful behavior to ensure the property is well cared for. The hirer is responsible for maintaining the house and its contents during the rental period. Additionally, Villa Jacuzzi cannot be used for parties, and smoking is strictly prohibited.

The use of the jacuzzi is included in the price and will be warm for you even in winter.
